The Lord promises, “I will forgive their iniquity and never again remember their sin.” Do you tend to resist repentance because of pride, or because you struggle to believe God really offers mercy?
Where is God inviting you to stop hiding, stop performing, and return to him with the confidence that his mercy is greater than your sin?
Write a simple repentance prayer using three movements: I confess… / I turn from… / I receive…. Name the sin honestly, renounce it clearly, and receive God’s mercy with gratitude.
Thank God that repentance is possible because mercy is real. Ask him to free you from both pride and despair.
