As John writes his gospel account, he is engaging the Old Testament Scripture. He is both interpreting his experience of Jesus in light of Scripture, and allowing Jesus to transform his understanding of it. How do you see that when comparing this passage to John 11:1-57?

Where do you experience life as dry bones? Ask God for His life-giving power and for faith to trust Him to do so.
